Images of this year’s Nike Air Max LeBron VII “Birthday/Xmas” colorway have been leaked. The official release date for the shoes has yet to be announced by Nike, but we can safely assume for a December quickstrike launch as in previous years timed for the holidays and LeBron’s December 30th birth date. The shoe features a bright red tinted Air Max 360 unit, along with a crimson and black colored body, and crimson gradient fade rising upward on the Nike Flywire upper panel. The sockliner graphic is most telling: it depicts an old childhood photo of LeBron with “crown” logo on head accompanied by a kids sized basketball hoop wrapped up snugly under a green bow. We’ll keep you updated with more info on the release date in this LeBron VII style as it becomes available. Continue reading for more photos.
*Updated: Added an image to the bottom of the post from last year’s Nike Zoom LeBron VI “Bday” sockliner graphic, which shows a full view shot of the original source photo used for this year’s LeBron VII insole illustration.
