More images in the “W3LCOME HOME” edition of the Air Jordan 2010 have surfaced. The White/Varsity Red/Black style features an alternate sockliner graphic reading “W3LCOME HOME” which was originally seen as a Wade branded marketing slogan last year when Wade made the switch from Converse to Jordan Brand. Before Dwyane Wade made his sudden switch from Converse to Jordan Brand last summer, a full slate of Wade-branded Converse product was already in production. One of those models was the Wade Clutch 2, which was named after D-Wade’s late game heroics. The shoe features a full grain leather upper, inner mesh booty sleeve, and uses the same tooling and Balls Technology as the Converse Weapon Evo. Originally designated as a Dick’s Sporting Goods exclusive model, the shoes have all been de-badged of Wade logo placements, most prominently the Wade-as-Converse-Star icon on the tongue, and is currently hitting retail doors as the “Converse Dunkit”. Jordan Brand’s latest ad campaign prominently features Dwyane Wade wearing the soon to be released Air Jordan 2010. The spot has been airing on TV nationwide in the last week and is entitled “Nightmares Never Sleep“.

New images have arrived in the Air Jordan 2010 created for Dwyane Wade which we showed you last week. The White/Varsity Red/Black style syncs up with the Miami Heat home uniforms and features a translucent red outsole allowing view of the bottom-loaded, full-length Zoom Air unit underfoot and a special insole graphic reading “W3LCOME HOME” which has become a Wade-tied marketing slogan for Jordan Brand since Wade’s brand switch from Converse last summer. We originally showed you an Air Jordan 2010 Dwyane Wade special make-up back in November here. Today, photos of a new Wade player exclusive have surfaced. This style comes colorblocked in White/Varsity Red-Black to match the Miami Heat home uniforms. Notable features include a translucent red outsole as well as a special insole graphic reading “W3lcome Home” which has already been seen on Jordan Brand t-shirts in the last several months following the official Dwyane Wade from Converse-to-Jordan Brand announcement.
