More detailed photos of the Nike KD2 “All Star” Edition have been released. Kevin Durant of the Oklahoma City Thunder is set to make his first appearance on the Western Conference roster in the upcoming NBA All Star Game in Dallas, TX and Nike has outfitted the high scoring forward with a player exclusive colorway of his signature shoe. The style features a translucent rubber outsole, partial 3M reflective overlay on the upper, and are currently available from online retailer kix-files. Officially hitting House of Hoops on February 6th are the “All-Star” East and West special make-up editions of the Nike Hyperize, which we’ve previewed over the last couple weeks. Currently featured as SLAM’s “Kick of the Day”, these are the cleanest and most detailed looks at the shoes yet. Both models feature a 3M reflective upper overlay. Debuting on the feet of Dwight Howard next month during NBA All-Star Game will be the adidas TS Supernatural Commander. This particular model comes dressed specifically for the big game with a stylized “star” pattern upper and NBA “All-Star” 2010 badging featured on the tongue and medial side of the shoe. Underfoot is the new adidas PURE MOTION technology tooling which is inspired by the original Feet You Wear series. Non-signature Nike athletes representing the Western Conference at NBA All-Star Weekend next month will be wearing this special make-up Nike Hyperize to mark the occasion. Much like its blue-bodied “All-Star” East edition counterpart, the shoe features reflective 3M upper paneling with “WEST” and “2010” badging at the base of the shoe laces. The Nike Hyperize “All-Star” West edition will be available at select retailers next month. Detailed info to come as it develops.

While we’ve recently seen signature product such as the LeBron VII, Kobe V, and KD2 for next month’s NBA All-Star Weekend festivities in Dallas, TX, here’s a look at a non-signature style also re-fitted for the big game. The Nike Hyperize “All-Star” East colorway will hit select retailers in February and features a reflective 3M upper design with “EAST” and “2010” embellishing at the base of the shoe laces to commemorate the occasion. The recently released Nike KD2 has created a strong initial buzz with the “Creamsicles” colorway Kevin Durant and the entire Oklahoma City Thunder team debuted during a nationally televised game against the Dallas Mavericks in December. Starting next month, this bright red “All-Star” edition of the KD2 will be available at select retailers and seen on the feet of Durant during NBA All-Star Weekend. The shoe features a translucent rubber outsole and a strip of reflective 3M paneling on the upper. Official release date and info to come as it develops.

We’ve seen this year’s All-Star game shoe for LeBron James here, and now we take a look at the model Kobe Bryant will be wearing as he assists the Western Conference next month at the NBA All-Star Game in Dallas, TX. Much like the LeBron’s, this Nike Zoom Kobe V colorway features a wood grain pattern design on the eyestay and toe piece overlays, with a full body red base and black secondary color to contrast. A stitched in patch on the heel insole commemorates the All-Star occasion with text reading “KOBE BRYANT“, “WEST“, “THE BLACK MAMBA“, “2010“, and “THREE X MVP” for the number of times Kobe has received that NBA All-Star Game designation.
