After the success of the Hyperdunk in 2008 and Zoom Kobe IV in 2009, Nike had two game changing shoes that graced as many local gyms as it did arenas around the NBA. This spring, Nike will release the Hyperdunk Low. The model features a cut-off looking version of the Hyperdunk Mid upper along with the same tooling as the original Hyperdunk while the thick ankle padding and a revised external heel counter definitely take its cue from the Zoom Kobe IV. Pictured here is the Lamar Odom Player Exclusive colorway. Lamar Odom had previously worn both the Hyperdunk and the Zoom Kobe IV, so it’s only fitting that he would get his own Hyperdunk Low to take to the courts. Stay tuned for release info.
